Manitoba Telecom to cut 400 additional jobs from Allstream, reduce dividend

Manitoba Telecom Services Inc. says it's reducing the workforce at its Allstream national division by 25 per cent. The Winnipeg-based company says 100 employees have already left and a further 400 have been notified they'll be leaving the business in 2015 or 2016.
