Manufacturers' Outlook Survey shows commitment to TSCA reform.

NAM released findings from latest Manufacturers’ Outlook Survey, which also polled members on topics that the TSCA reform will address. Top problems included ineffective/duplicative regulations (46.2%), reporting and paperwork burdens (46.2%), and conflicting state regulations (38.1%). Some manufacturers were hopeful that proposed reforms could meaningfully address misinformation about products (32.0%), consumer confusion about chemicals (30.8%), and potential supply chain disruptions (17.2%).
