March ground breaking set for Southaven outlet mall

Tanger Factory Outlets, which in January announced its involvement with the Mississippi project, will hold a ceremony March 13 at the mall site, Interstate 55 at Church Road near the existing Southaven Towne Center. The Commercial Appeal reports Greensboro, North Carolina-based Tanger, a major player in the outlet mall industry, is joining with Memphis-based Poag Shopping Centers to develop the project.
