Guardian: London mayor Boris Johnson is risking childrens health by blocking action to clean up Londons poor air quality, the citys former deputy mayor has claimed. Nicky Gavron said the mayor had failed to deliver on his promise of an electric car revolution and is not cleaning up buses quickly enough.
