Following is the transcript of the announcement of MeadWestvaco Corporation to fully separate its Specialty Chemicals business from the rest of the company made on Thursday, January 8, 2015, 9:00 AM ET. The separation, expected to be executed by a tax-free spin-off, is expected to be completed by the end of 2015.
