Meat Market Update | Normal seasonal cutout decline starts

The Daily Choice Cutout has increased over $40 since right before Christmas as retailers switched from hams and turkey back to beef, which is a normal seasonal event. This increase in price has also happened in previous years in late December and peaked out in mid to late January, then plummeted through February.
