Media groups: Open records in PPL storm fine case

News organizations asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday to reconsider a lower-court ruling last month that denied public access to records about how PPL crews responded to an October 2011 snowstorm. The Associated Press and other news organizations argued Commonwealth Court erred in how it applied the state Right-to-Know Law to records on the restoration of power after hundreds of thousands were left in the dark.
