Median Vegas-area home price nearly $200K in June

The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors reported Thursday that the median home price in June was just short of $200,000, up from $195,000 in May. The median price is up 14 percent from what it was a year ago, but still well below its June 2006 peak of $315,000.
