Memphis police arrest suspect in wounding of FedEx driver

A man accused of shooting a FedEx Corp. driver through both legs has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder. Memphis police took Keith Austin , 45, into custody for allegedly wounding the driver with a rifle at East Holmes Road and Malone at 4:45 p.m. Dec. 18, The Commercial Appeal reported Monday.
