Merged xpedx and Unisource company will be Veritiv

The combined company consisting of xpedx and Unisource Worldwide Inc., will be known as Veritiv Corp., which will be traded on the New York Stock Exchange beginning July 1. The merger, which was announced in April 2013 , is a $400 million deal.
