Gummer, who has modeled for designers such as Dior, paid $1.53 million for the three-bedroom pad, at 180 South 4th St. near the Williamsburg Bridge. That was more than $200,000 over the asking price for the unit, which was listed by Kara Kasper of the Corcoran Group.
