Able to produce parts ranging in length from 8 in. to 19 ft, Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing (EBAM) systems offer 3D printing gross deposition rates from 7–20 lb of metal per hour. Dual wirefeed option lets operators combine 2 different metal alloys into one melt pool to create custom alloy parts or ingots. Also, users can change mixture ratio of materials to create graded parts or structures. EBAM technology utilizes wire feedstock, which is available in diverse materials.
