Based on high-speed acquisition laser scanner attached to multi-axes robot wrist, X4 i-Robot provides measuring accuracy independent of robot's positioning precision and based on device. Robot motions are always synchronized with measurements and robot trajectory is entirely controlled by Metrolog X4 part program. With typical overall absolute accuracy of 100 µm, system is suited for automotive, aerospace, and their sub-contractors for manufacturing lines metrology control.
