Michael Teel , grandson of the company's founder, is acquiring majority ownership of Raley's Family of Fine Stores, the West Sacramento-based grocer confirmed Monday. Second-generation owner Joyce Raley Teel is transferring majority ownership to her son, the company's president and CEO.
