Designed for repeatability and accurate plasticization, GL30-LP provides advanced injection for micro features with extremely tight tolerances. Machine can reduce its rated 30 ton clamp tonnage to 5% (1.5 tons) without loss of accuracy, and injection response time is 2–3 msec. For consistent measurement and injection of melt stream, V-Line 2-stage plunger system separates plasticization and injection processes. Other features include hybrid clamping mechanism and 4.5 cc barrel.
