Micron to Pay $4 Billion for Remaining Stake in Inotera

Memory chip vendor Micron Technology Inc. said Monday it signed an agreement to acquire the remaining interest in Inotera Memories Inc., its Taiwanese DRAM joint venture with Nanya Technology Corp., for about $4 billion. Micron already owns roughly 33% of Inotera.
