Job Description The consultant will be responsible for supporting Microsoft infrastructure solutions and will apply industry accepted best practices related to Microsoft Exchange, Print Server, System Center Operations Manager SCOM, Exchange ActiveSync, Microsoft SQL. The detailed tasks foreseen for the consultant include as a minimum Operate, maintain and monitor Microsoft o Exchange o File Cluster o Print Server o FTP Server o Active Directory o PKI o Office Communications Server OCS o System Center Operations Manager SCOM o Microsoft SQL Cluster o Esker Fax Server o Windows Servers Create, update and maintain procedures to operate, maintain and administer the system Provide 2nd level user and technical support Liaise with the external service provider and if necessary escalate 3rd level incidents Contribute to the procurement of information technology services, systems and components by providing specifications and performing price inquiries, as well as act as interface with hardware and software suppliers regarding procurement, warranty and maintenance issues. Requirements The Consultant shall have the following A University degree in the engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science or similar domains At least5 years of experience in administering Microsoft Exchange File Cluster Print Server Office Communication Server System Center Operations Manager Windows Server 2008 SQL Cluster Active Directory DNS. One year of experience in administering Microsoft Exchange 2013 Windows Server 2012. Ability to plan the work and to cope with tight schedules and multiple tasks Ability to write technical documentation Fluency in English Knowledge in any of the following areas will be considered an additional asset Knowledge of ITIL Experience with PKI Experience with KEMP Loadmaster.
