A crew of more than 700 contractor employees will spend three weeks installing new equipment and upgrading the International Paper mill in Ticonderoga, N.Y. Work will begin during the mill's annual plant shut down, beginning on April 7, according to a report by the Press Republican of Plattsburgh, N.Y.
