JLL New Zealand retail sales and leasing director Chris Beasleigh says the retail industry needed to keep an on young consumers. Retail real estate is facing one of its greatest disruptions in decades in 2016 as a generation of millennials - those born in the year 2000 - turn 16 and begin to harness their own spending power, a real estate agent says.
