Miller Baking Company in Wisconsin has installed new Gemini Bakery equipment to produce a full line of pretzel rolls and gourmet sandwich rolls.<br />

Miller's Bakery began making the pretzel-flavored buns in 2007.<br />
<br />
Gemini equipment installed included a new KB Systems indoor flour ingredient system, a CraftMaster roll makeup line and six (6) Gemini/Sveba Dahlen rack ovens to go along with an automated pretzel lye system with automatic scoring robots.<br />
