As heavy-duty milling chuck with fully concentric clamping, BIG Daishowa Mega Perfect Grip eliminates concerns about end mill pullout under heavy torque loads when used with heat resistant super alloys (HRSAs). System, based around milling cutters with standard Weldon flat (ASME B94.19-1997), does not require special grinding or threading of milling cutter. Three key grip grooves in chuck body provide channels for high-volume coolant to reach cutter.
