Fostering rapid prototyping, TSSP-HA provides optical isolation between 3 mm (T1) IR emitter and any Vishay TSSP-type presence or proximity sensor. Miniature plastic housing also aligns emitter and sensor leads on standard breadboard grids. Capable of withstanding wave soldering temperatures on opposite side of the PCB, RoHS-compliant product has cavity on each side of holder with recessed top edge for cover pieces. This simplifies designing of aperture for sensor or aiming tube for emitter.
