Measuring less than 1 in. wide, LPS-24 Series provides 15 mm travel and is equipped with piezo-walk motor which features 1 lb of thrust and several operating modes: long distance, high-dynamics nanostepping with less than 1 nm resolution, and constant velocity mode. Self-clamping design delivers long-term power-off position-hold capabilities without need for brake. PIone closed-loop, interferometric linear encoder offers 2 nm resolution as standard with 0.5 nm available on request.
