Minnesota crude-by-rail spill left largely untouched

Clean-up efforts have been slow coming for some 12,000 gallons of crude oil that spilled from a railcar between the Minnesota towns of Winona and Red Wing on Feb. 3, 2014 According to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the spill happened because of a cap or valve problem from a car on a Canadian Pacific Railway train.
