Miss St. Francis 2015, Rachael Obst of St. Francis, will be leaving on Sunday, June 14, 2015 to represent our community in the Miss Wisconsin Pageant in Oshkosh! Join us in wishing Rachael the best of luck at the Miss Wisconsin and get a peek at her competition wardrobe from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM the St. Francis Civic Center - Rotunda, 3400 E. Howard Avenue, St. Francis, 53235. Events Open to the Public at the Miss Wisconsin Pageant include the preliminary competitions.
