Join us in wishing Rachael the best of luck at the Miss Wisconsin and get a peek at her competition wardrobe from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM the St. Francis Civic Center - Rotunda, 3400 E. Howard Avenue, St. Francis, 53235. Events Open to the Public at the Miss Wisconsin Pageant include the preliminary competitions.
