Spectrum analyzer offers SFDR of 60 dBc guaranteed and 65 dBc typical, and max RF acquisition time of 158 ms, enabling capture and analysis of multiple bursts of modulated data. With low frequency limit of 9 kHz, systems enable EMI diagnostics over frequency range specified by international regulations.
