The Mobile Applications Development Centre will also serve as an advisory for local SMEs and start-ups by establishing industry standard best practices and subsequently offering mobility services to various SMEs in the region. Muscat: Mobile apps are the best platform for eServices and to provide the right infrastructure for the public and private sector to develop these services, the Information Technology Authority has signed a contract with HCL Technologies to implement the Mobile Applications Development Centre.
