Mobile home park owner fined after water problems

A Moscow mobile home park owner who residents say didn't provide adequate water and sewer service for more than 90 days last winter has been ordered to pay more than $300 per day until the problems are fixed. The Moscow-Pullman Daily News reports Magar E. Magar is also being sued by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality because of allegations of various water and wastewater violations.
