Model N, Inc., a provider of revenue management solutions for the life science and technology industries, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,740,000 shares of its common stock, including 6,000,000 shares from the company and 740,000 shares from a selling stockholder, at a price to the public of $15.50 per share.
