We are currently looking for a Modem Signal Processing Engineer to support our customer in Denmark. Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Design and Implementation of Signal Processing algorithms and RF modem functionality Modulators and demodulators for groundtosatellite links and intersatellite links Lower layers of protocol stack for our various modemradios RF sampling, timestamping, filtering, selection and compression spectrum monitoring Design, prototyping, verification and testing using automated build and test systems Work from systems requirements to space qualified products being launched into space Help project managers and bid managers scope development work packages Help prepare SW tasks and breakdown of work for planning. Skills Experience The key person shall have proven knowledge and handson experience in several of the following mandatory skills areas Technical education, at least Bachelors degree or equivalent Work experience within software design and product development You define yourself as a Signal Processing or Modem SW Engineer Experience with HDL design for FPGAs is considered a plus Experience in programming in Python and CC for embedded Linux systems Knowledge of Linux OS Goaloriented development mindset Personal drive and sense of ownership Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
