When applied to mold or forming surface, Michem® Release Agents 4002 and 4003 provide easy release of manufactured part with defect-free performance. Water-based solutions, suitable for both manual and automated environments, will not interfere with bonding of composite to metal back plate. Michem Release Agent 4002 is intended for small applications such as automobile brake shoes, pads, and disks, while Michem Release Agent 4003 is suitable for larger, heavy-duty brake component manufacturing.
