An international company with a significant operation in Horsham is reportedly planning on laying off about ten percent of its global workforce, according to reports. ARRIS Group Inc., a manufacturer of cable-box and telecom-gear, is consolidating with Pace plc, and the layoffs are a consequence of the consolidation, Philly.com states.
