More Finger Pointing At Buggy iOS 6.1 Update

In a message on the company's support forum , it claims that the new update has a bug which means that "customers may occasionally experience difficulty in connecting to the network to make or receive calls or texts or to connect to the Internet." The posting says that the issue only affects iPhone 4S handsets.
