Flynn Group , a Louisville-based commercial real estate development group, is constructing Conestoga Station, a 59,190-square-foot retail center on Conestoga Parkway that will be part of Settlers Point Business Park, which is located right off exit 117. Settlers Point is home to several retailers, including Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Lowe's Companies Inc., Ken Towery Auto Care, Cattleman's Roadhouse, Park Community Federal Credit Union and Shepherd's Crossing, a retail center anchored by The Kroger Co.
