Providing 300 µm displacement from 20 x 13 x 4 mm package, PiezoMove® P-604 motion-amplified, flexure-guided piezo linear actuator is optimized for OEM instrumentation applications in such fields as precision optics, life sciences, medical design, bio-/nano-technology, and microfluidics/nano dispensers. Design can be modified or completely customized to fit application requirements and includes multilayer piezo element with lifetime of 100 billion cycles.
