John Hawkins, a leadership development consultant and motivational speaker, travels extensively throughout the world to give talks and help clients, which include Ruths' Chris Steak House, Disney and the U.S. Navy. Until this past week, however, one place he had never given a public talk was the Daytona Beach area, which he and his family have called home the past five years.
