AEC-Q100 Grade 0 qualified MLX81150, operating from -40 and 150°C, incorporates components critical for DC and single- or dual-phase, brushless direct current (BLDC) motor control into one 5 x 5 mm QFN32 or 7 x 7 mm TQFP48 (exposed pad) package. Along with interface for Hall sensor connection, features include 16-bit embedded Flash MCU, with 32 KB Flash memory; 4-bit central processor; voltage regulator; LIN transceiver; 2 relay drivers; and 4 power FET gate drivers.
