Supporting brushed DC motors in industrial and office automation equipment, 2-channel TB67H400A realizes 50 V max rating and On resistance of 0.5 Ω during motor drive output, creating max operating current of 3.0 A/channel. Parallel channel control function delivers 6.0 A max operating current when 2-channel outputs are used as 1-channel driver. Available in ZIP, QFN, HTSSOP, and HSOP packages, TB67H400A includes thermal shutdown, over-current shutdown, and under-voltage lockout circuits.
