Targeting telemetry, remote control, and industrial applications, Circuit Design STD-601 offers 6 selectable RF power output levels from 1–50 mW, 5 selectable data rates from 1,200–19,200 bps, and 4 selectable frequency bands: 429, 434, 447, and 458 MHz. Narrowband, blocking, and sensitivity features suit rugged, noisy industrial environments where good channel selectivity is required. Consuming 35 mA typ (TX 10 mW, 3 V), 20 x 32 x 5 mm SMD unit offers 600 m LOS communication range at 10 mW.
