We are looking to further enhance our team by adding a Multidisciplinary Project Coordinator position 1 You will be based at our clients premises in Noordwijk, Netherlands. In this large European Agency you will find an excellent and modern working environment with challenging tasks and responsibilities. Your Tasks Include The Project coordinator tasks will consist of Coordinating the execution of infrastructure projects in line with sound project management principles and with Client applicable procedures Providing technical and administrative assistance to the Clients Infrastructure Section discipline engineers civil, electrical and mechanical Collecting functional customer requirements covering technical facilities Drafting technical specification and tender documents Supporting the procurement process between Infrastructure Section and Contract Office. Possible procurement methods can be any of the following Open tender, Competition between preselected companies, Purchase order and direct negotiation Supporting Client staff in the procurement process and in the technical evaluation of offers Supporting Client staff in the control of project schedule, cost, supervision of works, communication with stakeholders, production of reports. Your Profile The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and experience Master level degree in either electrical, electromechanical or mechanical engineering 5 or more years of project managementcoordination experience in building infrastructure and sound knowledge of project management principles Good knowledge of European and Dutch applicable norms and legislation in their field of expertise A high level of proficiency in the following MS Office software packages Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio. Good communication skills also regarding written reporting Proficient in the English language spoken and written.
