Responsive to changing production requirements, DSI incorporates independently driven servo drives that manage unwind, die cut, matrix and rewinds. Drives are controlled by Rotoflex URC 2.0 control system to ensure precise tension and accuracy in die cutting and slitting. Able to perform slitting and die cutting at up to 1,000 fpm, machine accommodates various inspection systems. Die cutting unit can be disengaged for specific jobs to allow use as slitter/rewinder or die cutter.
