Multimedia Polska agrees merger with Vectra to create Poland's largest cable operator

(Telecompaper) Cable operator Multimedia Polska has agreed a sale to Vectra, the second-largest cable company in Poland. This follows Multimedia's failed merger with the largest cable operator UPC, which was blocked by competition concerns after long delays.
