Able to be used for diverse activities, ZEISS O-INSPECT contact-optical measuring machine comes in models with 300 x 200 x 200 mm (12 decimeter³), 500 x 400 x 300 mm (60 decimeters³), and 800 x 600 x 300 mm (144 decimeters³) measuring ranges. Camera sensor can be used for workpieces that are too small or delicate as well as for measurement of large quantities, contact sensor may be used for 3D characteristics, and chromatic focus sensor closes gap between contact and camera sensors.
