In Columbiana County Municipal, Court Michael S. Reynolds, 34, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was fined $700, had his license suspended for 180 days and sentenced to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation. A Jan. 29 pretrial was set for Kenneth T. Smith, 30, Grafton Road, Leetonia, charged with five counts of theft for allegedly taking a 4000W Champion Generator, a 32-inch Phillips flat screen TV, a Craftsman 33-gallon air compressor, a Craftsman 2200 PSI pressure washer and a Black and Decker mini refrigerator from the property where he lives without permission of the owner on different dates in 2014 and 2015.
