My view: Car manufacturers still unable to sell directly to Utah consumers

Utah's House of Representatives has voted down HB394, which would have allowed new car manufacturers, like Tesla, to sell directly to consumers in Utah. Forty-one members of the House of Representatives decided that Utah consumers should have less choice.
