Myanmar's apparel exports have surged in the last ten years, before being directly hit by the current catastrophe. Many orders from the European Union have been canceled in the last weeks, but Myanmar could now retain its duty-free access previously threatened by the poor human rights records in the country. Our statistical series provide a comprehensive view of Myanmar's clothing exports in full 2014-2019, including volume, value, and unit value changes per destination. Knit, woven, and total apparel exports are separately displayed. US and EU imports per product category are also comprehensively covered. All data are available for download.
