The Mylan NV saga has a new twist with a strategy underway to keep its would-be buyer Teva Pharmaceutical Industries at bay. Mylan's independent foundation in the Netherlands has exercised an option, called a stichting , to acquire shares that let it control half of the generic drugmaker.
