NAM CEO Lauds Congressional Action as historic victory for USA.

Calling legislation passed by Congress "an historic victory...for American workers and middle-class families," NAM President and CEO Jay Timmons praised action taken on manufacturers' top priorities. Timmons spoke to provisions regarding R&D credit and further lauded suspension of medical device and health insurance taxes as well as delay of employee benefits tax, lifting crude oil export ban, repeal of Country-of-Origin labeling provisions, and cybersecurity information-sharing rules.
