Terri Lomax will become the executive vice president of Discovery-Science-Technology at RTI International She was previously the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Studies North Carolina State University, Terri L. Lomax , who has worked at N.C. State University since 2006 and most recently as the vice chancellor for Research, Innovation & Economic Development, will move to research group RTI International as executive vice president of Discovery-Science-Technology. While at N.C. State, Lomax helped professors and students take ideas from a conceptual stage through some funding stages and ultimately to company formation and spinout, partly through the NCSU Office of Technology Transfer, which falls under her purview.
