NEMA PRP 1-2014 Guidelines for Conduit-in-Casing Construction presents conduit-in-casing construction as technically sound solution to problem of laying power/communication cables under surface obstruction without disrupting traffic roadbed, rail bed, or riverbed. Published by NEMA, this document was developed by Polymer Raceway Products Technical Committee and describes types of casings most often used as well as advantages of concrete-in-casing construction.
